We charge a standard service-call fee for the diagnostic visit. If you proceed with the repair, that fee is waived — the only thing you pay is the repair itself. You'll know the full cost before any work begins.
Usually, yes. About 70% of same-day requests get a same-day visit, and about 80% of visits complete the repair on the spot because we stock the most common parts on our trucks. For unusual parts (older models, specialty brands), we typically have the part ordered and back out within 2–4 business days.
Yes — we have technicians specifically trained on luxury platforms. We service Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf ranges and cooktops, Miele dishwashers and laundry, Viking, Thermador, and Bertazzoni. If you have a premium appliance, please mention the brand and model when booking so we dispatch the right specialist.
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor. If the same problem recurs within that window, we return and resolve it at no additional cost. The warranty is provided in writing on your invoice.
We'll tell you. If the repair cost approaches or exceeds the replacement cost of a comparable new unit, we'll say so directly and you can decide whether to proceed. We'd rather lose the job than sell you a repair that doesn't make financial sense.
Yes. We work with tenants, owner-occupants, property managers, and landlord accounts throughout Fairfax County. For rental properties we can coordinate directly with the tenant and bill the property owner — just let us know at booking.
